Avocado, thriving in tropical and subtropical regions between 40°N and 40°S, is notably cultivated in places like California, Florida, Israel, New Zealand, and South Africa. Similar to olives and palm, the lipids in avocados are concentrated in the fruit pulp, which can be cold-pressed to extract oil. Our latest product, Avocado Oil Unrefined, is cold-pressed from the fruit of Persea gratissima (avocado) and subsequently extracted through centrifugation. This oil remains unrefined, retaining its dark green color and subtle avocado aroma.
