Vitamin C, 3-Glyceryl Ascorbate stands out as a vitamin C derivative known for its enhanced stability compared to powdered vitamin C alternatives. Unlike traditional vitamin C, this derivative maintains its color over time, resisting discoloration due to degradation. Importantly, being a stable product, it preserves the original color and content of a formulation.
